 Comment

The proposal for two wind turbines on Ministry of Justice land was granted planning permission by Swale Borough Councils Planning Committee in June 2011. The construction period is expected to take 5-6 months, with commissioning of the turbines expected in January 2013.
The Community Fund for the Standford Hill wind energy development will amount to at least 11,500 per year (index linked) for the lifetime of the project, normally 25 years.
