Mynydd Clogau Wind Farm in Powys, Wales commenced operation ahead of schedule in March 2006 with a generating capacity of 15 MW of electricity, enough to power nearly 8,000 homes.

The Mynydd Clogau Wind Farm is located close to Newtown, Powys in mid Wales and was developed by RES with partner Novera Energy.

Construction of the site began in January 2005 and it was opened in July 2006.
