The site consists of around 11.5 hectares of surplus agricultural land, which is located off the A142 Fordham
Road approximately 3.2km north of Newmarket Town Centre. The A142 Fordham Road is a primary route and is
a two way single carriageway road with grass verges located on both sides. Fordham Road is unlit and subject to
the national speed limit (60mph).
