Lairg Wind Farm is now fully operational after construction work finished at the beginning of 2012. Lairg, located in the Scottish Highlands, consists of three Nordex N80 turbines and will generate an output of 7.5MW. We are now undergoing a period of post construction restoration around the site. Lairg represents ABO Wind’s first build in the UK with more projects at either planning or acquisition stages.

The Scot-Govt. has given the planning go-ahead to construction of the 22 turbine Creag Riabhach farm on the Altnaharra Estate, near LAIRG, in the North Highlands.
