Red Rock Power AFTON AFTON Wind Farm is an operational 50 MW onshore wind development in East Ayrshire, Scotland. The wind farm will power up to 35,000 homes each year and is expected to generate 3.5 million MWh of electricity in its lifetime.
Red Rock on the money at AFTON Red Rock Power has secured £80m (€91m) from NatWest bank for the 50MW AFTON wind farm in East Ayrshire, Scotland.
InfraRed buys AFTON Wind Farm from E.ON AFTON Wind Farm, which was developed by E.ON Climate & Renewables, will be a 25 turbine, 50MW onshore wind farm located on land adjacent to AFTON Reservoir near New Cumnock.
