Project Info |
Construction underway on CHONAIS Hydro Project (2015) The CHONAIS hydro scheme is located near Loch Carron about one hour west of Inverness. Green Highland Renewables, together with funders Albion Ventures, formed a joint venture to progress the project.
CHONAIS Hydro Albion Ventures in partnership with Perth-based developer, Green Highland Renewables, has built a 2MW hydropower scheme on the Allt A’CHONAIS, close to Loch Carron in the Scottish Highlands.
